Hello and welcome to Button City Football Club! This is not a typical football club, at least to me. We started out as game developers making a game called Button City which we released for PC and consoles back in 2021. That game was about our passion and love for gaming and arcades and the community around those. During development we fell in love with our local soccer team New Mexico United and the community around that.

We decided to do a few things all coming together around the same time which was to make a sequel to Button City called Button City: Soccer Days around our new love of soccer, create a soccer team called Button City FC, and make really cool kits and scarves for it.

We started Button City FC in 2023 and have been playing rec co-ed soccer to bring together all sorts of people at any skill level to play the beautiful game with us. This blog is here to share our journey as we play soccer. We won't be doing too many updates on the video game, it has it's own website for that.
